The Agent Society Partner Program is built around education, accountability and professional support. These expectations help protect our agents, our Partners and the integrity of the program.
By participating as an Agent Society Partner, I understand and agree that:
The Agent Society does not provide or assign agents, leads, referrals, transactions or business opportunities to Partners.
I am responsible for introducing The Agent Society to agents within my own professional network and relationships.
If an Agent Society member chooses to connect with me, the agent and I will manage our communication, meetings and professional relationship directly.
An agent’s participation with me is always voluntary.
Agents remain free to choose their own lender, title company and other service providers.
My Partner status, Partner Playbook access and other program benefits are not conditioned on referrals, transaction volume or an agent choosing my company, products or services.
I will use the Partner Playbook as an educational and professional-support resource and will respect the independence and professional relationships of Agent Society members.
I am responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, advertising requirements and my company’s policies.
